Adobe Customer Service: Hello! Welcome to Adobe Customer Service.

Adobe Customer Service: We appreciate your patience and regret the inconvenience due to high wait time.

Adobe Customer Service: Hi There.

ROGUEHELPDESK.COM: hi!

ROGUEHELPDESK.COM: I’m unable to activate Adobe Photoshop CS

Adobe Customer Service: I understand that you are not able to activate the product.

Adobe Customer Service: Let me check and help you with that

Adobe Customer Service: May I have your serial number, along with the email address registered with Adobe ?

ROGUEHELPDESK.COM: 1045-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

ROGUEHELPDESK.COM: xxxx@roguehelpdesk.com

Adobe Customer Service: I am sorry to tell you that Adobe has disabled the activation server for CS applications, including Acrobat 7 and Audition 3, because of a technical issue.

Adobe Customer Service: CS applications require activation to run. To run a CS application, uninstall your existing CS application and install a special version that does not require activation. You cannot reinstall from your original discs.

Adobe Customer Service: However, I will provide you a link to download and activate the software.

Adobe Customer Service: Link CS2: https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/entitlement/index.cfm?e=cs2_downloads

Adobe Customer Service: Is there anything else I can help you with?

ROGUEHELPDESK.COM: is this for CS2?

ROGUEHELPDESK.COM: or CS1?

Adobe Customer Service: It is CS2

ROGUEHELPDESK.COM: So, if I have any CS1 or earlier products such as Acrobat 4 or 5 or Photoshop 5 or 6, I can use CS2?

Adobe Customer Service: Yes, you can use CS 2.Adobe
